He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Ángel Manuel Pagán and Doña Ana María Rivera; and his brother Angel Perfecto Pagán. He is survived by: his children, Jasmany Pagán (Tanya Brussa-Pagán), Felicia Pagán Soto (David Soto) and Sonia Emily Pagán; and his siblings, Nélida, Ana Rosa, Minerva, Victor Manuel and José Luis Pagán Rivera. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
