She is survived by: her brother Melvin Wade Sr. of Boston; her children, Natasha Leak and Roshanda Leak; her siblings, Mary Audrey McNeill, Roselia O'Neal, Tamara O'Neal, Melissa O'Neal and Roosevelt O'Neal; her sisters-in-law, Tonika Wade (Godbrother Wendell Sullivan) and Denece Wade-Brigham of West Virginia; her grandchildren, Treyvon Leak, Akhi Mosley and Rashard Mosley; and her goddaughters, Cynthia E. Wade and Stephanie Mumford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
