She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Fernandes (Docanto) and Benvida Fernandes; and her husband Antonio. She is survived by: her siblings, Eda, Ronald DoCanto, Antonia "Mery" Depina, Quirino DoCanto, Antonia "Tchica" Cardosa, Antonio "Tony" Vieira, Nelson DoCanto, Manuel DoCanto, Theresa "Libana" Vicente, Francisco "Frank" Do Canto, Tchinga (Unk) and Quirino Gomes. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and countless godchildren.
