It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Cohler of Boston, Massachusetts, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob David Dixler (Gussie Rheingold Dixler) and Marilyn; and her niece Judith Kuhn (Leader). She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Geoffrey (Mary), Andrea Gary (Kenneth) and Jonathan (Fudeko); her grandchildren, Marissa D'Isidoro (Richard), Justin (Marguerite), Emily Stellato (Daniel), Sydney Gary and Yuga (Hillary); her great grandchildren, Francesca, Christopher, Ren and Josephine; her nieces and nephews, George, Laurie, Shira, Jared of Jessica, T. J. and Carson; and her cousin Paul (Joyce).
