He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Miller and Ceil Miller; and his former wife Linda (Schwartz). He is survived by: his wife Leslie Cokin; his daughters, Elizabeth Hart (Andrew Miller) and Emily Cooper (Zachary Miller); and his grandchildren, Natalie, Grace, Dylan, Anna and Jack.
