He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Tutt and Ida Bell Tutt. He is survived by: his wife Elisha Ross-Tutt; and his children, Toccara Cherlene Freeman, Lee Tutt-Baden, Denise Tutt, Maurise Tutt and Victoria Parham.
