She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hlivka and Lena Hlivka (Bartko); her husband Salvatore L. DeSantis; her close friend LeRoy "Lee" Pemberton; her sister-in-law Joan Konias; and her nephew James "Jim" Konias (Kim).
She is survived by: her sons, Larry DeSantis (Donna) and Darrin DeSantis (Valerie); her grandchildren, Brandon DeSantis (Lisa), Christina DeSantis, Jennifer DeSantis, Leah Heinz (Matthew) and Nikki Szegady (Gino); her great grandchildren, Lena, Emmy and Ryan; and her great-niece Lindsay Lesofsky (Howie).
