He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Zina (Henry 'Hank') and Milton Jr. (Lori); his grandchildren, Ashley Osinubi (Olu), Sydni and Jordyn; his goddaughter Shelby Smither (Ernest III); his great-niece Sierra Smither; his great-nephew Ernest Smither, IV; and his sisters, Violet (Anthony) and Dr. Linda Cabral (Rudolph).
