She was predeceased by: her mother Patricial Barnes. She is survived by: her father Robert Sheldon.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. - Mexico (9 Washington Ave, Mexico, NY 13114). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in Penny's name may be made to the Oswego County SPCA.
