He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kinney Sr. and Arlene (Bradstreet); his parents-in-law, Richard and Alice Pratt; and his son Travis Kinney.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kinney; his son Trevor Kinney (Saria Hanscomb); his grandchildren, Keagan Kinney (Grace), Noah Hanscomb, Kooper Kinney (Emily Jackson), Makenzie Kinney, Kale Kinney, Kohen Kinney, Aubri Adams and Presley Kinney; his great grandchildren, Maverick Ralph Kinney and Meredith Marie Kinney; his daughter Aubri (Presley); and his sister Cherry Davis (Charlie Davis).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Smith Cemetery.
