We announce the death of Richard Fabian D. (Boston, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 87. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Fabian and Louis Fabian. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Fabian of Danvers; his children, Richard (Sarah) of Salem, NH, Nancy Pallotta (Peter Monaco) of Winchester, Mark Fabian (Nancy) of Millis, Edward Fabian of Thailand, Scott Fabian of Essex and Tina Shewack (Richard) of Milford, PA.; and his sister Linda. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home (63 Chestnut Hill Ave, Brighton, MA 02135). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Columbkille Church (321 Market St, Brighton, MA 02135). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in Richard's name to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St, Danvers, MA, 01923.
