He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Agnes (MacIsaac) and Thomas Mahoney; and his siblings, Mary Bailey (Bob), Thomas Mahoney and John "Jack" Mahoney.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Elaine Bailey of Ashland, Carol Rocheleau of Rhode Island, Stacy Mahoney of Topanga, CA, Brian Mahoney of Sudbury and Brendan Mahoney (Lauren) of Sudbury; his great-niece Caileigh Giguere; and his great-nephews, Colton Bailey and Michael Mahoney.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home (1803 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Basilica (1545 Tremont St, Boston, MA 02115). A burial will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
