She was predeceased by: her spouse Chamoun Grigho of Lebanon; and her siblings, Rose Kallassy of Lebanon, Josephine Kallassy of Lebanon, Wadih Kallassy of Lebanon, Joseph Kallassy of Lebanon and Jacob Kallassy of Lebanon.
She is survived by: her child Christian Grigho (Chantal); and her siblings, Genevieve Kallassy of Lebanon and Iskandar Kallassy of Lebanon. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in laws, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St Matthews Syriac Orthodox Church (149 Park St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
