She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Donnelly; her parents, Albert Keough and Kathleen Keough; her sister Mary McDonough; and her brothers-in-law, Michael J. Daley, Jr. and Calvin Innerarity.
She is survived by: her significant other Jean-Pierre Sanchez (JP); her siblings, Barbara Daley, Teri Keough and Peter Keough; her sister-in-law Alicia Potter; and her siblings' children, Michael Daley, Ryan McDonough (Jill Provost), Sean Daley (Erin), Kathleen Kearnan (Paul) and Rachael Innerarity.
In honor of Susan's compassionate care, the family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln, c/o Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan Street, B-102, Danvers MA 01923.
