He is survived by: his spouse Frani (Donohue); his children, Jaclyn Daniels (Daniel Williams) of Wakefield and Thomas Daniels (Ariana) of Winthrop; his grandchildren, Colin, Molly and Maggy; his siblings, Charles Burr of East Boston, Mary Keohane of East Boston, Christine Daniels of Revere, John Daniels Jr. (Linda) of Middleton and Ann Krahn of Dorchester; and his siblings-in-law, Doreen Donohue and Dorreen Schiavone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Most Holy Redeemer Church (72 Maverick St, Boston, MA 02128). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (175 Broadway, Malden, MA 02148).
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 223 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60606 would be appreciated.
