He was predeceased by: his brother Terry Guiney of Westport. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Carroll Guiney of Beacon Hill; his children, Kate Guiney of Chilmark, Anne Guiney of Brooklyn, NY and Tom Guiney of Oakland, CA; his grandchildren, Giovanna Messina, Darwin Guiney and Huxley Guiney; and his brothers, Bart Guiney of Yarmouthport and Roslindale.
