He is survived by: his wife Fira Mashtaler (Millerman); his children, Oleg Mashtaler (Oksana) of Newton and Lilya Loivska of Vinnytsia, Ukraine; his granddaughters, Anastasia Pontacoloni (Nicholas) of Wayland and Kristina Mashtaler of Newton; his great grandchild Roman Pontacoloni of Wayland; and his siblings, Oleksi Nabok of Ukraine and Zhanna Kucher of Ukraine.
