He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: John Larkin and Margaret (Lynch) Larkin; siblings: William Larkin, Robert Larkin, Margaret Conroy, Maureen Gallant, and Janet Littlewood; partners: Helen Straccamoro, Angela Larkin, and Joyce Lopez; children: Walter Larkin Jr., Kim Larkin, Kelley Larkin, and Dana Lopez Todd; grandchildren: Kathleen Eveland, Megan Eveland, Michelle Eveland, Gage Pelligrin, Jacob Larkin, Hannah Borstner, Allieson Borstner, and Noah Larkin; great-grandchildren: Lana Blohm, Donny Pulliam, and Braylen Pulliam; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the American Legion Post 328 (3888 Old Hamner Rd, Norco, CA 92860). The military honors will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518).
