She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Banks and Bessie Banks; her siblings, James Banks, Joe Banks (Bessie), Della McCleod (Billie) and Johnnie Banks; and her son Charles "Charlie" Bullock.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Bullock, Sr.; her children, Richard Jr. (Brenda), Elaine, Robert (Brenda), James (Cheryl), Carolyn, Jonathan, Pauline, Bernice, Sharon, Willia "Cookie", Kenneth, Sandra and Sharlene; and her brother Obie Banks Sr. (Sammie). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Concord Baptist Church (180 Blue Hill Ave, Milton, MA 02186). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
