She was predeceased by : her husband Eugene Cohen. She is survived by : her brother David H. Kaye; her children, Neil Cohen (Susan), Andrew Cohen (Joyce Kulhawik) and Marjorie Cohen (Richard Rial); and her granddaughter Annelise Kulhawik Cohen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances should be made to the Eugene and Adele Cohen Scholarship Fund at the New England Conservatory of Music, 290 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115.
