He was predeceased by: his mother Eileen Damm; and his former wife Nancy Damm. He is survived by: his father Marvin "Michael" Damm; his wife Janette Damm; his children, Joshua Damm (Lauren Damm), Benjamin Damm (Meghan Damm), Shelly Fraser (Sonia Fortin), Tara Boden and Brian Ricci (Frank Ricci); his grandchildren, Rocco, Harper, Jacob, Lennox, Fiona, Declan and Naomi; his brother Harvey Damm; his aunt Harriet "Dotty" Rosenholtz; and his cousins, Paul Rosenholtz and Mitchel Rosenholtz.
