He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Denton; and his sister Valerie. He is survived by: his children, Sondra (Willie) and Christopher (Mark); and his grandchildren, AJ, Brady, Ana and Sophia.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the A. L. Jacobsen Funeral Home (1380 New York Ave, Huntington Station, NY 11746). A burial will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
