He was predeceased by : his wife Rose T. Holzworth (Thomas); and his brother John Holzworth. He is survived by : his children, Darlene K. Holzworth, Enrico Greco (Rocco) of Brookline, Needham, Dale F. Holzworth Sr. of So and Easton; his grandchildren, Dale F. Jr., Ashley K. and Hunter L. Holzworth; his siblings, Margaret Street (Holzworth) of Indiana and James "Jimbo" Holzworth; and his great grandchildren, Za'Kariyah Rose and Zaytiri Holzworth.
