He was predeceased by: his father Frank Warren Graff. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Wilcox Graff of Brookline; and his children, Dr. Asma Graff of Illinois, Ryan Cook of Brooklyn and Nicholas Cook (Erin Vadala) of Roslindale. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
