He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Goodman. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Goodman; his siblings, Samuel Goodman, Lauren Post (Mike Mello) and Aaryn Gottesfeld (Ellis Gottesfeld); and his nieces and nephews, Eva, Aliya Gottesfeld, Benjamin and David Mello.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Levine Chapels (470 Harvard St, Brookline, MA 02446). A shiva will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 and on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ellen's Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages everyone to give light and love to the people around them, just as Elijah did throughout his lifetime. If you would like to donate, the family encourages donations to be made in his honor to the Greater Boston Food Bank.
