He was predeceased by : his mother Olga Marton (Hollander). He is survived by : his father Irving Marton; his wife Clara Marton (Moses); his daughters, Dina Marton, Naomi Marton and Debbie Marton; his son-in-law Koby Frances; and his sister Florence Ness.

A shiva was held on Wednesday, January 24th 2024 and on Thursday, January 25th 2024 at 8:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 25th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Levine Chapels (470 Harvard St, Brookline, MA 02446).
