He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Kelly and Mildred M. Kelly (Birchell); and his sisters, Mary Jean Higgins, Joan Sullivan and Patricia Clancy.
He is survived by: his child DeLynne Siggaard. He is also survived by his two grandsons as well as several nieces and nephews.
