As we bid Patrick farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patrick is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Rita Monroe O'Donnell and Charles P. O'Donnell. He is survived by: his son Christopher (Emily Martin); his stepson Kendall Hamilton (Victoria Vitrano); and his grandchildren, Caleb Patrick, Annabelle Lillian, William and Turner Hamilton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (5 Linden Pl, Brookline, MA 02445). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests acts of kindness toward others—the sort of small gestures Patrick believed could relieve suffering and make the world a little better.
