He was predeceased by: his sister Jessica of Tay Sachs. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Jacobson and Joseph Jacobson; and his siblings, Karen (Ofer Shapira), Nick (Maribeth) and Alex (Laura Eidem). He is also survived by his 7 nieces and nephews.
