We bid farewell to Elliott Haney of Canton, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 5, 2026 at the age of 90. Elliott touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Elliott may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Jean Dycus Haney; and his parents, Jennings Elliott Haney, Sr. and Miriam Dobbins Haney of Spindale. He is survived by: his son Timothy Daniel Haney; his sister Miriam Kilpatrick; his daughter-in-law Michelle Haney; and his grandchildren, Alexander and Alyssa Haney. He is also survived by his family, whether it was with his son's family in New England, his granddaughters in the Southeast, or his sister and his numerous nieces and nephews.
