She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Lou and James Carter; her son James Bunch; her siblings, John Carter, Alexander Carter, Chancey Carter, James Carter, Thomas Carter, Willard Carter and Brenda Carter; and her grandchildren, Belinda Manning and Jermaine Bunch.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Williams (Dennis), Shirley Carter (Michael), Judy Bunch, Lolita Wheele, Elvis Carter (Adrienne), George Carter (Latoya), Anthony Carter and William Bunch; her godchildren, Deborah Berry, Thomas Carter, Ricky Alston, Charles Dorsey and Donald Hinton; her siblings, Nancy Carter, Alice Carter, Maggie Lou Carter, Malinda Jobes, Joann Carter and Nathaniel Carter; her sister-in-law Lolean Carter; her aunts, Ozzie Alston and Virginia Carter; and her uncle Jasper Carter (Brenda). She is also survived by thirty-one grandchildren; sixty-three great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
