It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Y. Parker of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Donald Parker; her son Erick Parker; her mother Katherine Irene Scott; her siblings, Keith Mapp (Carmen), Stanley Mapp (Chrissy), Kevin Mapp (Shereise) and Karen Solomon (Tony); her siblings-in-law, Teddy Parker (Bea) and Christine Jackson (Percy); and her aunts and uncles, Howard Mapp (Irene), Hatton Mapp (Diane), Gloria Lofland and Mable Holbrook. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, cousins, friends and co-workers.
