He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roberta Williams and Lewis Jr. of Greenville, NC.; his sons, Charles Jr., Raphael Williams and Bryan; his siblings, Thomas Williams, Helen Williams, Robert Williams, Kenneth Williams, Cynthia Williams, Elbert Williams and Faye Williams; and his wife Kathy. He was also cherished by his children, siblings, great uncle, nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
