She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Liebeck and Catherine Liebeck (McManus); her husband Kenneth A. Fayak; and her siblings, Carl H. Liebeck, Jr. and Marie Carrigan.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Hanny Liebeck. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
