He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Wooden and Zedrick Brown; his daughters, Vanessa "Gee-Gee" Holt and Aprile Purvis; his brother Donald "Duck" Wooden; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Blackwell (Charles) and Lenora A. Doles; and his grandchildren, Quincy Phillips, Britney Holt, Cameron Jones, Lance Thomas, Dijohn Thomas, William Aaron Pryor (Teresa), Rafiq Abdul-Wahid, Zion Abdul-Wahid, Maasai Holt Williams, Marley Holt-Williams, Alexis Jones and Selah Holt Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Holt; his daughters, Pamela Holt, Eugenia Holt, Calethia Holt and Kia Williams Holt Sean; his siblings, Ambrose Wooden (Mary), Paul Wooden, Darlene Wooden and Brenda McClenon; and his great grandchildren, Elisha Gotham, Amir Pryor, Nasir Pryor, Kehlani Skye Brown Jones and Ka'mora Arae Jones. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and dear friends.
