She is survived by: her daughters, Annette, Debra Johnson of Virginia and Lisa Smothers-McCall (Marcellus Jenkins) of Maryland; her siblings, Gloria Herring of New York, Robert Thompson of Texas, Chesley Thompson of Delaware and Diana Edwards of California; and her grandchildren, Paul Brooks of Maryland, Michelle Smith of Georgia, Stephanie Smith of Maryland, Jermaine Johnson of Illinois and Justin Johnson of Virginia. She is also survived by her twelve great-grandchildren, ten great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
