She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Martha (James Johnson Sr. On); her husband Frederick "Shorty" Brown Jr.; her father James Johnson Sr.; and her siblings, David Webb, James "Man" Johnson, Rodney Johnson, Patricia Johnson and Ruth Murphy.
