He is survived by: his father Samuel Neal; his spouse Patrice Brown; his mother Sandra Neal-Smith; his children, Troy Jr., Joy D and Patrice Brown-Neal; his grandchildren, Latroya, Jamilla, Amirah, Kingsley and Zen; his aunts and uncles, Kenneth (Marian), Charles, Doris, Joan (Nelman) and Faye; his stepbrothers, Brian, Everett, Gary and Ryan; his godmothers, Veda, Sandra and Betty; and his friends, Bishop Ralph and Bishop Gregg Dennis. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins.
