He is survived by: his mother Robin Moore of Baltimore, Maryland.; his sons, William Moore, Jaylen Moore and Mason Moore of Emmitsburg, MD; and his siblings, Robert Moore, Sr. of Baltimore, MD and Renee Moore of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
