He was predeceased by : his parents, Felix D. Holbrook and Martha LaVerne Stevens. He is survived by : his wife Antoinette M. Tobin; his children, Anthony E. Holbrook II, Courtez E. Holbrook, Clayton D. Appleman and Timothy R. Veysey; and his siblings, Johnnie-Mary Chauncey, Duane J. Holbrook, Antoinette L. McCrary, Felix D. Holbrook, John L. Holbrook, Patrick E. Holbrook, Rebecca L. Gayle and Rita V. Holbrook-Nance. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
