Audrey Ann Douglas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Ann Douglas of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Doug; her siblings, Charles Root III, Richard Root, Franklin Root, Dixie Martin, Marylou Roberts, Phyllis Root and Pat Root Bodtke; and her parent Charles Rhodes.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Bair (Jack), Ava Berkley (Scott), James "Doug" Douglas (Kathy) and Gina Crossley (Scott); and her siblings, Hope Rob, Glory Ammerman, Barry Root, Stanley Root, Brandy Root and Toni Garrett. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services (622 S Burdick St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1015 Gull Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49048).
