Barbara Ilene Larson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Ilene Larson (Kalamazoo, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 22, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire Leon and Thelma Martha Patnode (Rustenholtz); her husband Helmer Larson; and her siblings, Lee Patnode (Katherine), Lillian Hopper (James) and Larry Patnode.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Moon (Robert); her grandchildren, Tammy Horobik, Jeff Klok, Kelsey Klok, Wesley Moon and Jerri Moon; and her great grandchildren, Trevor, Nellie and Shawn Horobik. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Contributions in Barb's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Alzheimer's Association, or Suncoast Hospice Foundation (Palm Harbor, FL).
