Bonnie Baxter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Baxter in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on September 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Baker and Lila Baker (Keagle); her brother William Baker; and her sister-in-law Elaine Furu-Baker. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Baxter of Marshall; her children, Jackie Baxter of Marshall and Bob Baxter (Amy) of Homer; her grandchildren, Brodey and Emiley Baxter of Homer; and her sister Barb Fitzpatrick (Eugene) of Marshall.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cornwell's Turkeyville (18935 15 1/2 Mile Rd, Marshall, MI 49068). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Brodey Baxter to provide a special luncheon for the wonderful care she received from the staff at DaVita Dialysis in Battle Creek in Bonnie's memory.
