He is survived by: his parents, Tim Kortz and Julie Stevens (Collison); his fiancée Natalie Miles; his stepparents, Doc Stevens and Hillary Kortz; his brothers, Noah (Emily), Brendan (Marisa) and Max; his stepbrother Jeff Stevens (Vickey); his stepnephew Nicholas; his stepsiblings, Bonnie Jo Stevens, Riley Walker, Mckayla VanderVeen (Ryan) and Lilly Walker; his grandmother Pat Kortz; his parents-in-law, Troy and Amy Miles; his sister-in-law Grace Miles (Phil Shook); and his close friend Hobbs. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
