She is survived by: her husband David Smith Sr.; her children, Bonnie Maschke (Scott), Anthony Verhage and Jane Clark (Steven); her stepchildren, David Smith Jr. and Diane Lombardo (Larry); her grandsons, Johnathan Clark, Matthew Clark and Maxwell Maschke; and her brother Bill Oetman.
