He was predeceased by: his father Harden Hairston; his grandmother Lula Holmes of Kalamazoo, Michigan; and his great-great-grandparent Josephine Buford of Jackson, Mississippi.. He is survived by: his mother Daphne Yvette Brown of Kalamazoo, Michigan; his siblings, Aneisha Butler, Ceaira Lipsey, Andrew Smith of Kalamazoo and Andre Smith of Las Vegas, Nevada.; his aunts, Earlene, Teena, Kimyatta, Rosalind and Jennifer; his cousins, Terriana, Michael, Broderick Jr., Bernard, Ahmada and Tyeisha; and his uncles, Broderick Sr., Thaddeus and Oscar. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
