He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Bill" Cushman and Wilma Cushman (Reed); and his sisters, Shirley Godfrey and Sharon Schrotenboer. He is survived by: his wife Janet Cushman; his children, Pam Boor (Douglas) of Petoskey, Yvonne Belton (Darryl) of Otsego, Sherry Mannikko (John) of Kalamazoo and Chuck Cushman (Kristi) of Plainwell; and his siblings, William "Bill" Cushman, Sally Cook and Walter "Butch" Cushman. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
