He is survived by: his sons, James Wilkins (Kristen) and Charles Wilkins Jr (Belinda); his grandchildren, Gavin, Ashlynn, Lucy and Benjamin; and his sister Ava Jo Wilkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
