She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Mike Smith. She is survived by: her husband Ron Hegedus; her children, Dawn Smith and Stacy Wolfe (Scott); her grandchildren, Amanda Smith, Adam Smith, Benn Wolfe (Mindy), Josh Wolfe (Jamie) and Sierra Wolfe; her children, Annabelle and Joshua; and her sisters, Vicki Saunders (Bill) and Kathy Kearcher (Karl). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Betzler Life Story Funeral Homes (6080 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
