He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pearl, Dave Collins, Tom and Wilda Foley. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Foley and Jerri Foley (Collins); his brother Patrick Foley; his sister-in-law Jacquelyn; his nephews, Gavin and Liam; and his pet Champ. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, friends.
